Labor Rate
From concept sketch to completed garment, Roux offers her designer services at $30/hr and provides detailed invoicing for all purchases and labor costs for every order. Alterations and clothing modifications $25/hr.
Returns/Refund Policy
All custom work is pre-negotiated on a contractual basis and therefore is exempt from returns. All contracted labor services and material costs are non-refundable.
Placing Your Order
In order to secure your spot, all clients must pre-approve design sketches and sign a non-negotiable contract of services along with a 50% deposit of the estimate provided. Please note all initial invoices are estimated on labor time necessary for completion and are subject to change before final fittings.
Payment Methods
All deposits and final payments are due upon receipt of invoice.
